Job responsibilities
· Design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade AI- centric solutions.
· Collaborate with business units to analyze requirements and recommend AI solutions.
· Handle AI model development, deployment, and performance optimization across ML, LLM, RAG, or NLP scenarios.
· Evaluate and integrate third-party AI platforms like Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex, or Alibaba Cloud PAI.
· Build AI-related MLOps/DateOps pipelines to enhance automation and maintainability.
· Produce technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and internal training guides to ensure scalability and security standards.
· Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies to drive operational efficiency and customer experience improvements.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related disciplines.
· Minimum 5 years in solution design, system architecture, and AI application development.
· Proficiency in at least one AI framework such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, or Transformers.
· Strong skills in Python, SQL, API integration and container-based deployment (Docker/Kubernetes).
· Hands-on experience with LLM applications and Prompt Engineering preferred.
· Excellent communication and project management skills for cost-functional collaboration.
· Practical experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/Alibaba Cloud) highly regarded.
· Expertise in GenAI & LLM system integration.
· Familiarity with RAG frameworks, vector databases, or Knowledge Base integration.
