A company is looking for a Retail Media Performance Planner.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the development and execution of performance media strategies across retail media networks to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue
• Partner with Retail Marketing, Sales, and Category teams to align media plans with product launches and promotional calendars
• Define and track KPIs and deliver actionable reporting and insights to Retail Marketing stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Communications, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in performance media planning, retail media, eCommerce media, or paid search/media strategy
• Hands-on experience with retail media platforms such as Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, or Best Buy Ads
• Strong understanding of full-funnel performance marketing and retail media measurement frameworks
• Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize toward performance KPIs
