The Renewal Coordinator will manage the renewal process, serving as a key contact for brokers and clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
Responsibilities
- Monitor upcoming renewals and proactively follow-up with clients
- Prepare and deliver renewal quotes and agreements in a timely manner
- Coordinate with the renewal manager, software engineers and account management to ensure a smooth renewal process from end to end
- Track and manage the renewal pipeline using CRM tools (HubSpot)
- Address customer questions or concerns regarding renewal terms, pricing, and service levels
- Work directly with the Renewal Manager to proactively identify risks to renewal
- Maintain accurate records of renewal status and performance metrics
- Implement renewal groups once an agreement is reached
- Improve and streamline the renewal process based on client and team feedback
Skills
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in client service, sales, account management, or a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Comfortable working on multiple projects
- Team player with a client-centered approach
- Knowledge of the health insurance industry
- Basic understanding of contract terms and pricing structures
- Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis
- Familiarity with ZenDesk for communication management
- Familiarity with the CRM HubSpot
