The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer service, motivated to work with a customer-centric team, and committed to delivering exceptional experiences. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Support Representative - Outbound, your key responsibilities will include: * Acting as a liaison between arenaflex, the customer base, and patients to resolve routine customer requests and provide product education * Resolving complex issues and questions through research and collaboration with internal teams * Providing additional customer education and information as needed to ensure a world-class customer experience * Qualifying and establishing new customers requesting arenaflex's products and services * Notifying clients of test results in a timely and accurate manner * Reviewing test forms for accuracy and reporting any discrepancies * Participating in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance * Performing administrative support for medical record management, CRM data maintenance, and internal records to ensure HIPAA compliance **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A High School Diploma or GED equivalent * Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center or call center environment * Current or previous experience with arenaflex is a plus * Prior healthcare industry experience, such as a physician's office or hospital, is highly valued * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent listening and responding abilities * Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is required * Experience with Salesforce.com and/or Laboratory Information Systems is preferred * Strong flexibility and ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities quickly **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and compliance **Work Environment and Culture** As a Customer Service Support Representative - Outbound, you'll work in a dynamic and supportive team environment that values diversity, inclusion, and continuous learning.
