Partner Channel Manager - Reseller Partnerships (France)

Please note this is a remote, France-based position for native French speakers. We’re looking for a self-driven and dynamic Partner Channel Manager to join GetResponse and grow our reseller network in France. In this role, you’ll independently scale a high-performing partner network, uncover new growth opportunities, and collaborate closely with internal teams to maximize impact. From onboarding to ongoing development, you’ll help partners succeed — equipping them with the tools, knowledge, and support they need to effectively position and sell GetResponse. Key Responsibilities:  - build and nurture a strong network of new and existing reseller partners and system integrators - negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with company standards, product pricing, and legal guidelines - provide training, resources, and ongoing support to help partners effectively promote GetResponse MAX products - monitor partner performance, support them in meeting sales quotas, and ensure customer satisfaction - stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities - maintain strong, positive relationships with partners, ensuring a consistent flow of leads - engage in marketing actions, events, and trade shows to maximize brand presence and partner success You may be the perfect fit if you:   - have a 3 - 6 years of experience with a partnerships and channel management in the SaaS industry - are integrated with the French marketing agencies community - understand what makes partner relationships successful - have strong understanding of ecommerce, marketing automation, and email marketing ecosystems - take an outbound approach to business development - have experience training sales partner teams - demonstrate a proactive, "hunter" attitude - are a native French speaker, with advanced English Salary: - 215 EUR man-day base salary on B2B contact - monthly uncapped sales commissions Extra perks include:  - employee referral program - up to 2360 EUR for recommending a friend - wellbeing and mental health culture - mental health helpline, sport card etc. - modern equipment - most of our teams work on MacBooks - English classes - internal initiatives like webinars, knowledge sharing sessions, and more!
