LeafGuard is a trusted source for quality gutter systems, and they are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Customer Service Sales Representative. The role involves engaging with customer prospects to boost revenue growth and customer acquisition while providing excellent service and support.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for treating every customer with the utmost courtesy while maintaining a positive outlook on every call
- Be knowledgeable about our company products and services
- Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
- Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
- Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems
- Answer questions about the products
- Make outgoing calls to confirm appointments
- Manage call outgoing call follow ups
- Incoming calls and responding to customers’ requests
- Book appointments with a high degree of data accuracy
- Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills on a consistent basis
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
- Responsible for adapting to fast-changing guidelines with customers
- Educates clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, providing information
- Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Skills
- High school graduate or G.E.D
- A minimum of one year's experience in an inbound/outbound contact center or customer service is preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in speaking on the phone, using the computer and keyboard simultaneously
- The ability to type at least 30 words per minute or 10000 keystrokes both alpha and numeric is preferred
- Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Must have strong selling ability over the telephone
- Ability to overcome objections and gain customer commitment
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Maintain reliable transportation to ensure punctuality for shifts
- Ability to have a flexible schedule during peak season
- Subject to background check
- Must also be available to work various shifts between the hours of 7:30 AM To 11:00 PM from Monday to Sunday (40 hours a week)
