EMCD is a global crypto ecosystem with products in mining, payments, custody, and B2B infrastructure. We're looking for a Middle DevOps Engineer to help build and evolve a reliable internal platform that improves delivery across development teams. This is a hands-on role with real impact on automation, infrastructure, and platform evolution.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve infrastructure across cloud and virtualized environments
- Automate provisioning and configuration with Terraform and Ansibl
- Support and improve CI/CD pipelines and delivery processe
- Build monitoring, logging, and alerting for production services
- Work with Docker and Kubernetes to improve scalability and operability
- Participate in incident response, postmortems, and reliability improvements
- Collaborate with developers to make services easier to deploy and support
Requirements:
- 2+ years in DevOps / Infrastructure roles
- Strong Linux skills
- Hands-on experience with Terraform or similar IaC tools
- Experience with Ansible or other configuration management tools
- Understanding of CI/CD principles; GitLab CI is a plus
- Experience with Docker and basic Kubernetes knowledge
- Solid networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing
- Experience with monitoring systems such as Prometheus, Grafana, or VictoriaMetrics
- Experience working with cloud environments
- Basic security knowledge: certificates, access control, secret handling
- Scripting skills in Bash or Python
