Expert Level HubSpot/Zoho/CRM Specialist

Overview We are a performance-driven digital marketing agency seeking an expert-level CRM and marketing automation specialist with deep experience in Zoho, HubSpot, and advanced email marketing strategy. This is not a basic email execution role. We are looking for someone who understands: Revenue pipeline architecture CRM lifecycle automation Lead scoring & segmentation Attribution & reporting Sales + marketing alignment Conversion optimization You must think in terms of funnels, MQL → SQL transitions, LTV, and revenue growth, not just “sending emails.” Core Responsibilities CRM Architecture & Optimization Design and optimize CRM structures in Zoho and HubSpot Build scalable pipelines aligned to marketing and sales workflows Implement lifecycle stages, lead scoring, and segmentation logic Create clean data architecture and enforce governance standards Integrate CRM with paid media, website forms, and analytics platforms Marketing Automation & Email Strategy Build complex automation workflows (triggered campaigns, nurture sequences, behavioral flows) Develop high-converting email sequences aligned with buyer personas Implement A/B testing across subject lines, messaging, and CTAs Optimize deliverability, sender reputation, and list hygiene Align email efforts with paid, SEO, and content campaigns Reporting & Performance Build dashboards tracking: MQL → SQL conversion rates Revenue attribution Email engagement + pipeline influence Campaign ROI Identify bottlenecks in funnel performance Make data-backed recommendations for optimization Required Expertise 5+ years hands-on experience in: Zoho CRM + Zoho Campaigns HubSpot (Marketing Hub + Sales Hub) Advanced workflow automation experience Deep knowledge of email marketing strategy (B2B preferred) Strong understanding of: Lead scoring models CRM integrations (Zapier, API, webhooks, GTM, etc.) Funnel analytics & attribution Ability to collaborate with paid media + SEO teams Ideal Candidate You are: Both strategic and technical Comfortable owning CRM strategy end-to-end Fluent in marketing language (CAC, ROAS, LTV, pipeline velocity) Highly detail-oriented Comfortable working in a fast-paced digital agency environment Bonus if you: Have experience with GA4, WhatConverts, or advanced attribution tracking Understand AI-driven personalization Have built nurture sequences that directly generated revenue
