Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Online Chat Marketing Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a critical role in driving customer engagement, revenue growth, and brand loyalty through our online chat channels. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure seamless execution of online chat marketing initiatives
- Develop, refine, and execute online chat and customer engagement recommendations to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Manage the monthly online chat transcript and metrics analysis to inform data-driven decision-making
- Define and build an online chat service program that meets the evolving needs of our customers
- Manage chat script maintenance and compliance to ensure regulatory adherence and brand consistency
- Socialize chat program insights and results to stakeholders across the organization
Your Compensation Package:
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $120,000, depending on your experience and qualifications. In addition, you will be eligible for a bonus of $5,000 - $10,000, based on individual and team performance. We also provide relocation assistance to support your transition to our team.
Qualifications:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Online Chat Marketing Specialist with the following qualifications:
- 5-7 years of in-depth understanding of online sales and marketing tactics, online chats, customer engagement, and online customer service tactics
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, build cross-functional relationships, and manage risk
- Experience in customer experience design, web analytics, and A/B split testing
- Bachelor's degree in eCommerce or Web Marketing, with an MBA an added advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive insights-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization
