Virtual Assistant, Real Estate Transaction Management and Client Feedback Reporting

Job Description: Work closely with Team leader and operations manager to manage property sales transactions from accepted offer to closingBookkeeping and tracking budgets daily and weeklyTransaction management tasks: scheduling, requesting documents, updating transaction spreadsheet, assisting clients with applications, ensuring listing accuracy, creating Docusign templatesClient feedback reporting: daily email tracking and reporting inquiries & showings, obtaining showing feedback, summarizing activity and progress with Michael via SkypeFull-time 9 AM-6 PM EST; primarily on Skype with Team Leader or Head of Operations Requirements: 1+ years of experience as a VA preferredReal Estate industry experience is a plusEnglish fluency, clarity of voice, and English spelling and grammarComfortable summarizing key information from feedback reportsComfortable with Excel and tracking softwareStrong comfort with math and attention to detailPositive, proactive, self-motivatedComfortable learning apps and softwareExperience with Google Suite, Followupboss.com, Compass tools, Docusign Benefits: $700 a month salary$700 minimum year-end bonus Apply tot his job
