Hopeful for those we support, rebellious in our approach, and collaborative by breaking down barriers, AccessHope is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Strategy to help us deploy the latest cancer knowledge to the places it’s needed most. In this role, you’ll support the ongoing evolution of AccessHope’s product portfolio by identifying opportunities, evaluating new ideas, and shaping business cases that inform investment and prioritization decisions. You’ll work closely with the VP of Product and senior leaders to translate strategy into action—conducting market research, competitive analysis, and discovery efforts that help define where we focus and how we deliver impact. You’ll play a key role in connecting high-level strategy to day-to-day execution, ensuring our product priorities reflect both business goals and the needs of the people we serve. Key responsibilities • Market & Opportunity Discovery • Identify and assess new product opportunities through research, data analysis, and stakeholder interviews. • Conduct market sizing, competitive assessments, and whitespace analysis to uncover unmet needs, emerging trends, and innovation opportunities. • Lead discovery research (e.g., user interviews, surveys, prototypes) to test hypotheses and evaluate desirability, feasibility, and viability of new ideas. • Identify and assess potential external partners for product concepts where partnership is the preferred approach; conduct initial research, capability assessments, and comparative evaluations to inform partner selection. • Portfolio Strategy & Business Case Development • Define problem statements, target users, value propositions, and success metrics for prioritized initiatives. • Evaluate build / buy / partner options for new solutions to determine the most effective path to market based on strategic fit, cost, risk, and time-to-impact. • Build strategic business cases that model revenue potential, costs, and ROI for new initiatives. • Develop frameworks to prioritize opportunities based on strategic fit, impact, and feasibility. • Collaborate cross-functionally to refine assumptions, validate projections, and align recommendations with AccessHope’s strategic priorities. • Go to Market & Launch Planning • Partner with marketing, commercial, and operations teams to develop go-to-market strategies and positioning for new products. • For partnered products, support the evaluation and selection of potential partners by participating in discussions, assessing strategic fit, and informing go-to-market recommendations. • Leadership & Collaboration • Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership and a connector across teams—product, clinical, operations, and commercial. • Influence without authority by facilitating alignment, mentoring teammates, and fostering a culture of collaboration. • Champion data-driven, customer-centered decision-making. Required qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. • 4 years of experience plus min experience may substitute for minimum education requirements. • 7 years experience in product strategy, management consulting—ideally in digital health or regulated industries. Preferred qualifications • Master’s degree in a relevant field. • 10+ years experience in product strategy, strategy consulting—ideally in digital health or regulated industries.
