## Responsibilities: Market Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses of market trends and competitive pricing to inform strategic decisions. Rate Negotiation: Negotiate rates with carriers to secure the best possible terms for our services. Pricing Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and refine pricing structures that are both competitive and profitable. Compliance Management: Ensure all pricing strategies and activities comply with FMC regulations. Operational Collaboration: Work alongside the operations team to identify needs for network improvements or system designs that enhance profitability. Sales Support: Provide the sales team with business intelligence reports, focusing on niche markets and emerging trends. Performance Monitoring: Track turnover and respond swiftly to market changes, ensuring deadlines are met and previous strategies are adjusted as necessary. ## Requirements/Qualifications: HS diploma with desired experience or bachelor’s degree in a related major. 2+ years of experience in international sea freight (FCL and LCL) pricing Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex market data. Proven experience in rate negotiation and pricing strategy development. Familiarity with FMC regulations and compliance requirements. Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across various teams. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
