Responsibilities • Create deal-focused content such as: • Deal breakdowns and underwriting insights • Common diligence mistakes investors make • Risk vs. return tradeoffs in real deals • How you personally evaluate opportunities • Use Diliant as part of your workflow (live or anonymized deals) • Educate first; promote second • Drive qualified investors to the platform Skills • Actively invest in, analyze, or work on real estate deals • Have experience with underwriting, diligence, or capital decisions • Can explain complex deal concepts in plain language • Are comfortable creating thoughtful content on LinkedIn & Instagram (video or written) • Want to build long-term upside alongside an early-stage platform Company Overview • Diliant is a deal-intelligence and project-tracking platform built to remove uncertainty from every stage of the transaction process.
