Part Time Marketing Operations Manager
We are looking for a part-time Marketing Operations contractor who is fluent in Pardot and Salesforce and is comfortable managing day-to-day execution across our marketing automation workflows. This is a hands-on role focused on clean operations, dependable delivery, and thoughtful troubleshooting. You will support our team for approximately three hours per day, Monday through Thursday. We are flexible on the specific time window each day as long as communication is clear and work is completed reliably. What You Will Do - Build and deploy email campaigns in Pardot - Upload and segment lists with accuracy and attention to detail - Create, update, and QA forms and form handlers - Troubleshoot issues related to campaigns, automation, and data flow - Manage campaigns and reporting in Salesforce as needed - Support general marketing operations tasks as needed - Assist with our transition from Pardot to HubSpot, including documenting processes, migrating assets, and ensuring operational continuity What You Bring - Proven experience working in Pardot across email, automation, segmentation, and form creation - Experience with HubSpot is a strong plus, especially in environments transitioning between platforms - Strong organizational habits and the ability to work independently within a fast-moving team - Excellent communication skills and responsiveness - A proactive approach to problem solving and process improvement Apply tot his job
