Remote Outpatient Coders with VA Experience Needed!

Amergis Revenue Cycle Services (formerly Amergis) islooking for credentialed coders with Veterans Affairs (VA) Outpatient CodingExperience. Fully Remote Positions! Open to Full Time or Part Time candidates musthave: • E/M knowledge along with using E/M calculator • Multi-specialty coding experience • Experience with ICD-10-CM OP Specialties we look for: • Podiatry (Q modifiers) • Labs • Mental Health • Dermatology • Chemotherapy • Cardiology • GI • Radiology • Ophthalmology/Optometry • Conscious sedation/moderate sedation Minimum Requirements: • Must hold at least one of the following certifications: RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CCS-P, CPC, CPC-H (COC) and have a minimum of 2 years relevant VA coding experience • Ability to effectively elicit/provide information to and from appropriate individuals (including, but not limited to, supervisors, co-workers, clients) via strong communication skills; proficiency in the English language is required • Computer proficiency required • Must be at least 18 years of age General Comments Amergis Healthcare Staffing (formerly Amergis) is lookingfor credentialed coders with Veterans Affairs (VA) Outpatient CodingExperience.
