Credentialed Coders With Veterans Affairs (VA) Outpatient Coding Experience Amergis Revenue Cycle Services (formerly Amergis) is looking for credentialed coders with Veterans Affairs (VA) Outpatient Coding Experience. Fully Remote Positions! Open to Full Time or Part Time candidates must have: • E/M knowledge along with using E/M calculator • Multi-specialty coding experience • Experience with ICD-10-CM OP Specialties we look for: • Podiatry (Q modifiers) • Labs • Mental Health • Dermatology • Chemotherapy • Cardiology • GI • Radiology • Ophthalmology/Optometry • Conscious sedation/moderate sedation Minimum Requirements: • Must hold at least one of the following certifications: RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CCS-P, CPC, CPC-H (COC) and have a minimum of 2 years relevant VA coding experience • Ability to effectively elicit/provide information to and from appropriate individuals (including, but not limited to, supervisors, co-workers, clients) via strong communication skills; proficiency in the English language is required • Computer proficiency required • Must be at least 18 years of age At Amergis, we firmly believe that our employees are the heartbeat of our organization and we are happy to offer the following benefits: • Competitive pay & weekly paychecks • Health, dental, vision, and life insurance • 401(k) savings plan • Awards and recognition programs • Benefit eligibility is dependent on employment status.
