Job Description: • The Oracle PL/SQL Developer is responsible for designing and maintaining scalable and robust software architecture within CMS software systems. • This role oversees programming, implementation, and maintenance updates while ensuring system compatibility and data integrity. • The position works closely with management and cross-functional teams to support strategic technology initiatives and evaluate system needs. Requirement/Must Have: • Strong background in software development methodologies and specification creation. • Knowledge of security, modularization, and software logic design. • Ability to ensure software scalability and data integrity across applications. • Ability to collaborate with management and project teams to align system architecture with business strategy. Experience: • 10 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • Minimum 7 years of software development experience. • At least 5 years of hands-on programming experience in database and data-driven applications. • Experience supporting large systems, interfaces, and application integrations. Responsibilities: • XXgn and maintain scalable software architecture for CMS applications. • Ensure application compatibility with business and infrastructure strategies. • Direct implementation of strategies for JURIS data and application integration. • Collaborate with management on strategic technology initiatives. • Assist with implementation of large programs requiring multiple system interactions. • Review software change requests for feasibility and duplication. • Recommend prioritization of system enhancements and updates. • Estimate software and hardware needs for claims-related applications. • Provide leadership and guidance to technical staff when necessary. Should Have: • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Leadership, management, and motivational abilities. • Ability to interpret complex technical and business information. • Strong organizational and analytical skills. • Team-oriented work approach. Skills: • Oracle PL/SQL development. • Software development lifecycle expertise. • Technical documentation and specification writing. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
