Create user-friendly guides and documentation to empower users to navigate the platform independently. Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain robust security protocols to safeguard the integrity of the WordPress platform. Stay abreast of industry trends and updates, ensuring compliance with the latest standards. Required Skills: Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of WordPress, including theme customization, plugin management, and troubleshooting. Communication Skills: Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively. Problem-Solving: Proven track record of identifying and resolving complex technical issues. Collaboration: Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience with WordPress development and support.
