Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in global HR project management and technical project management. Strong understanding of HR processes and technologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making. Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus. Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, and other HR technologies.
