VP Franchise Operations – Owner Relations, Americas Classics & Luxury Portfolio

Job Description: • Lead and inspire the Franchise Performance Leads team to partner with owners and operators to drive mutual success. • Drive financial performance including top-line sales, revenue management, brand contribution, and efficiency initiatives. • Ensure guest service performance metrics are centered on portfolio health: cleanliness, working order, and customer service. • Advance adherence to brand standards through execution of Hyatt’s accountability programs. • Interface and coordinate with Brand Portfolio Leaders, Managed Field Operations, Americas Performance Hub, Finance, and Design and Construction departments to meet timelines and criteria. • Oversee the screening approval process for new Franchise Operators. • Support Training initiatives with a focus on training compliance to ensure brand protection. • Involvement at a strategic level in all areas of Information Technology implementations current and ongoing in the brands. • Oversee implementation of changes and updates to all areas in Food & Beverage. • Collaborate with brand support on hotel openings and ongoing items and opportunities. • Responsible for management of procurement vendors and new/existing contractors. • Ensure fluent knowledge and implementation of Classics and Luxury Portfolio Standards and Operational Procedures. • Demonstrate a commitment to Hyatt’s core values.
