Virtual Receptionist with Excellent Communication Skills - Contract to Hire
We?re looking for a professional, goal-oriented virtual receptionist with a positive attitude to contact prospects directly from our CRM system. If you?re highly organized, have great communication skills, and enjoy engaging with potential clients, we?d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities...
- Contact prospects via phone or email using our CRM system
- Maintain clear and friendly communication with potential clients
- Track and update client interactions in the CRM
- Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships
- Represent our company with a positive and professional demeanor at all times
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Positive, can-do attitude with a focus on results
- Goal-oriented and able to meet deadlines
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus
