We’re Hiring a World-Class Video & Motion Graphics Editor!
If you’re a creative powerhouse who can turn raw footage into scroll-stopping content, from sharp YouTube edits to high-converting TikTok ads; we want you on our team. Bring your 5+ years of Paid Social Experience editing expertise, motion graphics magic, and ecommerce-savvy storytelling to help us create content that hooks, converts, and scales.
Core Tasks:
• Edit longform videos for YouTube and podcasts, ensuring polished, high-quality output
• Cut down longform recordings into short-form clips for LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Create engaging trailers and highlight reels to promote content across platforms
• Add captions, graphics, and motion elements to boost retention and shareability
• Develop repeatable workflows so we can scale video content efficiently
• Work closely with me to shape content that resonates with advertisers, founders, and marketers
• Stay on top of social and YouTube video trends to keep content fresh and competitive
• You will be editing 2 batches of 8 to 12, 30s to 60s videos per month from the footage that we send
• Provide timely project updates and solicit feedback throughout the design process
• Manage and file creative work for easy access and reuse on other projects
• Perform other marketing and operations tasks as needed to support the team
Must-Haves:
• 5+ years of video editing experience (brand, agency, or freelance)
• Portfolio showcasing strong ecommerce / consumer focus (beauty, wellness, and fashion)
• Experience working with UK (preferred) or US ecommerce brands
• Strong portfolio showcasing videos used for paid ads on Insta and TikTok, and other platforms
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects for video editing and motion graphics
• Proficiency with Adobe for basic static image design
• Background leveraging AI tools like Sora and Adobe AI to assist with video/motion graphics work
• Background leveraging AI tools like V03,11 Labs, Arc Ads
• Knowledge of Instagram and TikTok formats, with an understanding of pacing, hooks, and storytelling
• Motion graphics and thumbnail design skills are a strong plus
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work quickly without sacrificing quality
• Demonstrated history working as an individual contributor with a high attention to detail
• Strong (C-level) written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to work full-time UK aligned
Nice-to-Haves:
• Familiarity with Gmail and Slack for internal team comms
