? Responsibilities include up to 40 hours of semi-flexible remote work, guiding business owners, providing multi-faceted support from bookkeeping to full accounting.
? Work with a skilled team to deliver top-notch accounting services to chronically underserved business owners.
Requirements: ? Bachelors Degree in Accounting, required. ? Proven experience in high-level accounting with a minimum of 2 years' experience in any accounting-related role. ? Exceptional knack for attention to detail and precision in financial wizardry. ? A maestro with accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and Google Suite. ? Communication and interpersonal skills that sparkle, with the ability to navigate personal financial discussions. ? Self-starter who can take charge and manage time effectively. ? Willingness to help team members during busy times.
