Identify and address root causes of system issues to prevent recurrence and improve overall system stability. Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical incidents. Work closely with development teams to influence and enhance system architecture for improved reliability. Required Skills: Proficient in cloud technologies, particularly AWS and Azure. Extensive experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Strong scripting and automation skills, using languages like Python, Shell, or Ruby. In-depth knowledge of monitoring and logging tools, such as Prometheus and ELK stack. Proven expertise in troubleshooting complex system issues in a production environment. Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. X+ years of experience in a Site Reliability Engineering role.
