Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in data engineering with a focus on data warehouse development. Technical Proficiency: Expertise in data warehouse technologies, including but not limited to SQL, ETL processes, and data modeling. Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of data engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
