Description • Are you a driven and results-oriented sales professional with a passion for innovation in the financial technology space? Flagright.Com is seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic, high-performance team and play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence within the North American (NORAM) region. • As a Senior SDR at Flagright, you will be at the forefront of our go-to-market strategy, responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing prospective clients within the fintech and banking sectors. Your primary objective will be to generate a robust sales pipeline by connecting with key decision-makers and securing qualified meetings for our Account Executive team. • This role demands a proactive and tenacious approach, involving extensive cold calling, crafting personalized outreach campaigns, conducting in-depth prospect research, and leveraging various communication channels to build rapport and establish initial interest. • You will be instrumental in identifying the needs and challenges of potential clients, understanding how Flagright's AI-native financial crime compliance platform can address their specific regulatory and operational requirements. • Flagright is not just another company; it's a high-growth startup environment where individual ownership and direct impact are paramount. You will work closely with a global team, collaborating across different time zones, and have unparalleled direct access to our founders. This means your insights and contributions will directly influence the evolution of our go-to-market motion and product direction. • We are building a lean, high-performance culture that values execution, continuous learning, and adaptability. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced settings, are comfortable with ambiguity, and possess the resilience to overcome objections and rejections, which are inherent in the sales development process. • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include meticulously researching target companies and contacts to understand their business objectives, pain points, and existing compliance frameworks. You will then use this intelligence to tailor your outreach, demonstrating a clear understanding of their industry and potential challenges. • You will be expected to master our sales enablement tools and CRM systems to track your activities, manage your pipeline, and provide valuable feedback to the sales and marketing teams. • The ability to articulate Flagright's value proposition – our AI-native platform's ability to centralize transaction monitoring, screening, risk management, and investigations into a single, modern system built for scale, real-time performance, and regulatory rigor – will be crucial. • This role requires a strategic mindset, enabling you to identify the right opportunities and qualify leads effectively, ensuring that our sales team focuses their efforts on the most promising prospects. • You will be a key player in shaping the future of financial crime compliance, helping leading financial institutions and innovative fintechs navigate complex regulatory landscapes with cutting-edge technology. • We operate with a low-bureaucracy, asynchronous communication culture, minimizing unnecessary meetings and empowering individuals to manage their workflows efficiently. This allows for intense focus and maximum productivity. • While we embrace flexibility, this role may require occasional travel across the US to meet with prospects or attend industry events, and flexibility to work evenings or weekends when business demands it, reflecting the entrepreneurial spirit of our startup environment. • We are looking for individuals who are not afraid to push boundaries, who can sprint when the business demands it, and who don't require rigid 9-to-5 boundaries. If you are a self-starter, a quick learner, and possess an unwavering commitment to achieving ambitious goals, you will find a rewarding and impactful career at Flagright. • This is an exceptional opportunity to gain significant experience in a rapidly growing sector, work with a world-class team, and contribute directly to the success of a Y Combinator-backed company. Requirements • Minimum of 4 years of proven B2B SaaS Sales Development Representative experience. • Demonstrated industry knowledge in fintech, payments, banking, compliance, risk, or financial infrastructure, either directly or through closely related roles. • Proven ability to identify and engage decision-makers through cold calling, personalized outreach, and deep prospect research. • Willingness and ability to travel regularly across the United States. • Experience prospecting into or qualifying enterprise accounts (e.g., organizations with 1,000+ employees) is a strong advantage. • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. ️ Benefits • Competitive market-rate compensation including base salary and commission. •
