Senior Marketing Operations Lead – Lifecycle & Automation

Job Description: • Design and manage lifecycle marketing programs that support lead generation, activation, and engagement • Build and optimize automated marketing campaigns across multiple channels • Develop lifecycle workflows that improve lead conversion, customer engagement, and retention • Implement segmentation and personalization strategies to improve campaign performance • Manage marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, or other MAP tools • Ensure proper Salesforce CRM integration and data flow • Build and maintain marketing dashboards and reporting frameworks • Monitor campaign performance and key engagement metrics • Translate business requirements into scalable marketing automation solutions • Provide strategic input to improve marketing processes and campaign performance Requirements: • 7–10 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or lifecycle marketing • Strong expertise with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, or similar) • Experience working with Salesforce CRM and marketing system integrations • Experience building lead management and lifecycle marketing frameworks • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing performance reporting • Ability to manage complex marketing programs in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication and collaboration skills Benefits: • Health Benefits • Paid Vacation • Paid Holidays • Paid Sick Time • Opportunity to work with innovative enterprise clients and leading technologies in the MarTech ecosystem
