Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Computer Systems Analyst to join our team at Workwarp. As a Senior Computer Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing and troubleshooting the performance of our software system products, deriving actionable insights, and informing key business initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Design and maintain data systems and databases, including fixing coding errors and other data-related problems. Conduct ad-hoc analysis and hypothesis testing to monitor specific system features performance. Identify opportunities for system and process improvement and automation to enhance efficiency and scalability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data analysis tasks. Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders. Synthesize raw data into actionable insights to drive business results, identify key trends and opportunities, and report findings in a simple, compelling way. Acquire, clean, and preprocess data from various sources to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability. Utilize statistical techniques and data visualization tools to analyze and interpret large datasets, uncovering trends, patterns, and correlations. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analysis and visualization. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related discipline. Advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in data analysis, with 4+ years of hands-on experience in a similar role. Strong proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages. Familiarity with ETL/ELT and data pipeline processes and tools like dbt and Airflow. Experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. Solid understanding of statistical methods and techniques, including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and machine learning. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Proactive attitude towards learning and professional development.
