Description • Are you a strategic and results-oriented marketing leader with a passion for driving revenue through targeted, high-impact campaigns? Fundraise Up, a leading global fundraising platform empowering nonprofits to achieve their goals, is seeking a Senior Account-Based Marketing Manager (ABM) to join our dynamic team. This is a critical individual contributor role, operating remotely within the USA (EST and CST time zones), where you will architect and execute sophisticated ABM programs designed to unlock new pipeline, deepen executive relationships, and accelerate revenue growth within our most strategic accounts. • As a key player at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Events, you will own Fundraise Up's ABM strategy end-to-end. Your primary focus will be on collaborating closely with our sales team to identify high-potential opportunities, influence key decision-makers within target organizations, and effectively move complex deals through the sales cycle. You will report directly to the Senior Director of Revenue Marketing, contributing significantly to our go-to-market strategy and overall business objectives. • Your responsibilities will span the entire ABM lifecycle. You will be instrumental in building and executing a comprehensive mix of 1:1, 1:few, and early-stage 1:many ABM programs tailored to a carefully selected list of strategic accounts. This involves orchestrating integrated, multi-channel plays that leverage platforms such as LinkedIn, direct mail, paid and organic social media, dedicated content hubs, personalized email campaigns, dynamic website personalization, and impactful field events. • A crucial aspect of this role involves working hand-in-hand with our RevOps team to operationalize key data insights. You will leverage intent data, account scoring models, and engagement signals to strategically inform and enhance our outbound sales efforts and expansion initiatives. This data-driven approach will ensure our ABM efforts are precisely targeted and highly effective. • You will be responsible for crafting clear, compelling, and personalized messaging and value narratives specifically designed for executive buyers. This includes developing tailored content and potentially microsites for key stakeholders such as CMOs, CDOs, CTOs, CFOs, and Compliance leaders, addressing their unique challenges and demonstrating Fundraise Up's value proposition. • Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You will partner closely with our Field Marketing team to conceptualize and deliver high-touch executive experiences. This includes organizing curated dinners, exclusive virtual events, and other bespoke engagement opportunities that foster strong relationships and create memorable interactions. • You will co-create detailed account plans with Account Executives (AEs), meticulously identifying whitespace opportunities, mapping buying groups, and developing strategies to advance deals. Your insights and support will be invaluable in securing meetings and influencing the outcome of key opportunities. • A significant part of your contribution will involve conducting in-depth account research, gathering critical insights, developing persuasive messaging, and creating custom assets that directly support sales efforts in securing meetings and influencing opportunities. Your ability to translate research into actionable marketing strategies will be paramount. • You will be tasked with meticulously tracking and reporting on key ABM metrics, including account coverage, engagement levels, intent signals, and ultimately, pipeline impact. This data will be crucial for performance evaluation and strategic adjustments. • To facilitate informed decision-making, you will build and maintain dashboards that provide clear visibility into the effectiveness of our ABM programs for both the Marketing and Sales teams. These dashboards will highlight what's working well and identify areas requiring further focus. • Ultimately, you will hold yourself accountable for measurable contributions to pipeline creation, deal acceleration, and overall revenue impact. Your success will be directly tied to the tangible business outcomes generated by your ABM initiatives. • This role encourages innovation.
