**Responsibilities**
As a Bookkeeping Software Customer Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing expert support and guidance to customers on bookkeeping and accounting software processes, including ledger entry, navigation, and troubleshooting
* Assisting customers with questions and concerns related to QuickBooks Online or comparable accounting software
* Demonstrating a strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles, including AR, AP, journal entries, reconciliation, and other related topics
* Delivering high-quality customer service over the phone in a virtual or "brick and mortar" call center environment
* Cross-selling relevant products while addressing customer concerns
* Taking ownership of customer issues to provide confident resolution and ensure customer satisfaction
* Staying up-to-date with the latest bookkeeping and accounting software developments and best practices

**Earnings Potential**
As a Bookkeeping Software Customer Support Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to earn up to $20.40 per hour. Contractors are guaranteed a minimum of 45 minutes for each hour if available for the full 60 minutes.
**Schedule**
Our flexible schedule allows you to create your own hours, with availability between 8 am and 8 pm CST, Monday to Friday.
**Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or comparable accounting software
* Bookkeeping/accounting expertise, including AR, AP, journal entries, reconciliation, and other related topics
* Customer service experience and a demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service over the phone
* Comfort with cross-selling relevant products while addressing customer concerns
* Strong ownership of customer issues to provide confident resolution
* Tech savvy and avid computer user
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
**Work Environment Requirements**
To ensure your success in this role, you'll need:
* A quiet, uninterrupted space
* An organized desk area
* A personal computer (no tablet)
* Broadband internet connection, at least 10 Mbps download speed
* Wired internet connection (no wi-fi or mobile internet)
* Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system
* Valid antivirus software installed, running, and up to date
* Wired USB headset with microphone
* Mac users: Mac acceptance is limited to Intel-based machines with Windows 11 installed via Apple's Boot Camp utility
**Important Information**
To be eligible for this program, you must:
* Live and work from the United States, except CA, NY, PA, WA
* Successfully pass a criminal background check
* Agree to have no claim against arenaflex for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind
**Contractual Relationship**
The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of this program assignment. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex.
