Key Responsibilities: Design, integrate, and implement Identity and Access Management components, including Oracle Identity Manager, Oracle Access Manager, and Oracle Unified Directory. Develop and implement governance programs linked to business processes, ensuring compliance with enterprise and regulatory requirements. Analyze existing business processes to support provisioning of resources and identify areas for improvement. Architect comprehensive Identity and Access Management strategic design plans and project approaches, utilizing established methodologies. Collaborate with customers to develop and implement identity management solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Requirements: 10+ years of experience in IT security, with a focus on Oracle Identity and Access Management products. Minimum 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing Oracle Identity and Access Management products, including OIM, OAM, OID, OUD, OVD, OEM, and SOA. Strong Java/J2EE development experience, with proficiency in JDeveloper. Experience with Oracle Identity Manager 12c, Oracle Access Manager 12c, Oracle Unified Directory 12c, Oracle Identity Cloud Service, and Oracle Internet Directory (OID). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with senior management and technical teams.
