Miracle Group Holdings is a fast-growing wireless retail organization and Master Agent for Total Wireless on the Verizon network. We operate multiple locations across Pennsylvania and are expanding rapidly. We are looking for motivated sales professionals who enjoy helping customers and earning strong commissions.
As a Sales Representative, you will help customers choose the right wireless plans, activate phones, and sell accessories while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
• Assist customers with wireless phone activations and plan selections
• Sell phones, accessories, and protection plans
• Transfer data and set up devices for customers
• Maintain clean and organized store displays
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Support store promotions and marketing campaigns
Qualifications
• Retail or sales experience preferred (wireless experience is a plus)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
• Basic technology knowledge (smartphones, apps, data transfer)
