Adams & Martin Group is seeking an experienced Document Review Project Manager to lead complex review engagements and oversee reviewer teams. The role involves managing large-scale document review projects, implementing quality control processes, and serving as the primary liaison between clients and review staff.
Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end document review projects, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and timely deliverables
• Oversee document review teams and drive performance by implementing an established reviewer ranking system based on key performance metrics
• Provide guidance, support, and strategic direction to reviewers throughout the project lifecycle
• Establish and oversee robust quality control (QC) protocols to ensure consistently high-quality work product
• Review, analyze, and validate reviewer output; identify trends and implement improvements as necessary
• Maintain and enhance documented systems, workflows, and reporting structures for managing reviews
• Act as the primary point of contact between review staff and the client team
• Deliver regular status updates, progress reports, and strategic briefings to clients and internal stakeholders
• Translate reviewer questions into clear, concise, and actionable inquiries for the legal team to support substantive coding decisions
Skills
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Must be actively barred and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Previous experience managing document review projects, including reviewer performance metrics and structured documentation systems
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly and professionally
• Demonstrated ability to implement and oversee QC processes in a document review environment
• Experience working directly with clients, legal teams, and review staff in a remote setting
