Job Summary: In this exciting role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining control systems to optimize equipment reliability and operational performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance, to drive project execution and improve overall system efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Direct and plan work activities for Control Systems Specialists/Leads to achieve objectives and goals of North America Customer Satisfaction teams Collaborate with building Operations, Projects Engineering, FC Start-up Team, Rearward Software teams, Pros team, and Safety to support MHE systems optimization and project execution Understand, maintain, and troubleshoot material handling control systems, including PLC/PC controllers and industrial networks Monitor MHE metrics and partner with maintenance/operations to resolve system performance issues and provide analysis across all operations Act as first-level escalation support for Control Systems Specialists/Leads, investigating and resolving hardware or controls software systems issues Mentor Control Systems Technicians (CST) and Control Systems Leads (CSL) within your assigned building Apply technical expertise to improve building utilization of systems and participate in Failure Analysis and Incident Review processes Requirements: Bachelor's degree or +2 years of Amazon Blue Badge/FTE experience Ability to work flexible schedules/shifts/locations, including weekends, evenings, and/or holidays Preferred Qualifications: Experience with electrical theory, Mechanical engineering, Controls components, and automated equipment Experience identifying, maintaining, troubleshooting, programming, and designing HMI and control network components Industrial electrical hands-on experience and troubleshooting, including 480V 3-phase, 110 VAC, and 24VDC systems Experience interpreting, editing, and creating mechanical and electrical drawings Knowledge of programming languages, such as RSLogix5000 studio, FT View, and other controls software platforms What We Offer: Competitive salary: $28/hour Opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options Comprehensive benefits package How to Apply: If you're passionate about innovation, customer satisfaction, and leadership, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
