The role involves owning a greenfield territory of B2B accounts, managing the full sales cycle, and building relationships with dental practices to sell a mission-critical SaaS platform.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
- Build and manage pipeline within a defined territory
- Prospect via outbound calls, email, social, and strategic outreach
- Conduct discovery, product demos, and negotiations with decision-makers
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quota
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM
- Partner with marketing and sales leadership to optimize go-to-market strategy
Skills
- 1–8 years of B2B sales experience
- Track record of meeting or exceeding quota
- Strong prospecting and pipeline generation skills
- Experience managing full sales cycle (discovery → close)
- Ability to work remotely from a home office
- Experience selling SaaS, healthcare, or vertical software
- Familiarity with SMB to mid-market sales cycles
- Experience managing large territories or account lists
