82DASH is on a mission to help brands collect real, authentic content directly from their customers - turning everyday buyers into their most powerful marketing and growth channel. We're building a platform that helps brands collect customer-generated content, feedback, reviews, and drive repeat purchases through rewards and digital wallet experiences. We're now looking for a D2C Content Lead to own how brands use 82DASH to collect, manage, and activate customer content - from strategy to execution, and everything in between. Tasks - Run onboarding for new D2C brands - get them from sign-up to their first live content collection campaign - Work directly with brand founders and marketing leads to understand their content gaps and build collection strategies around them - Design and launch post-purchase flows that turn buyers into content creators - photos, videos, reviews, testimonials - Set up reward mechanics that incentivise customers to share content and come back - think loyalty cards, discount triggers, and wallet-based rewards - Analyse what's working across brands, document the patterns, and turn them into repeatable playbooks other brands can follow - Feed real brand feedback into the product team so what we build next is shaped by what merchants actually need Requirements - Experience running or managing content for a D2C or ecommerce brand - Strong understanding of customer-generated content - UGC, reviews, testimonials, and how to get more of itP - roven ability to build content collection flows that actually convertSolid grasp of ecommerce growth - acquisition, retention, and repeat purchase - Comfortable working with non-technical brand teams to get campaigns live - Experience with rewards, loyalty, or incentivised engagement is a plus - Clear communicator with a practical, outcome-focused approachIndependent and comfortable working in an early-stage environment Benefits - Work directly with founders shaping product and growth from day one - High ownership across both product and revenue - Use real brand feedback to drive what gets built - Be part of something early - and define how D2C brands collect and use customer content Send your CV and a short note on your experience with D2C content, customer-generated content, or ecommerce growth.
