As a Project Manager, you’ll play a critical role in delivering high‑profile event projects from planning through execution. You’ll be hands‑on throughout the project lifecycle — coordinating teams, managing timelines and budgets, solving problems in real time, and ensuring every project is delivered safely, on schedule, and to Arena’s quality standards. ️ How You’ll Deliver Event Builds from Planning to Strike In this role, you’ll act as the central point of coordination for event projects, ensuring all moving pieces come together seamlessly. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading projects through the full lifecycle, from initial planning and scoping through onsite execution and closeout - Defining project scope, timelines, deliverables, and budgets in partnership with Sales and Operations teams - Developing and managing detailed project schedules and work plans to support on time delivery - Coordinating internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and field crews during builds and breakdowns - Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and proactively adjusting plans as needed - Managing project budgets, costs, and financial performance to support profitability goals - Ensuring project documentation is accurate, complete, and maintained according to company standards - Overseeing quality, safety, and compliance with Arena’s operational processes - Serving as the primary point of contact for clients during project delivery and maintaining consistent communication - Supporting post‑project reviews to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement  The Experience You Bring to Managing Complex Builds We’re looking for a confident, organized leader who thrives in fast‑paced, field‑driven environments. - Associate degree with 2–3 years of relevant experience, or  High school diploma with 5–6 years of progressively responsible experience, or  7+ years of related experience in project management or event operations - Strong financial awareness, including budgeting, cost control, and project profitability - Solid understanding of operational workflows, logistics, and inventory coordination - Excellent organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills - Strong communication and leadership abilities, with experience guiding cross‑functional teams - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in deadline‑driven environments ⭐ Event, Construction, or Field Experience That Sets You Apart - Experience in event production, construction, temporary structures, staging, or similar industries - Prior experience managing field‑based or site‑driven projects with tight timelines - Comfort working closely with crews and vendors in live event environments  Supporting the Teams Who Build the Show We know that a job is more than a paycheck — it’s about feeling supported, valued, and able to live a full life outside of work.
