Overview
Job Description: The Partner Business Development Manager 3 is responsible for the growth of the company's partner network and ecosystem including recruiting onboarding and go-to-market efforts for all partner types to drive revenue growth and new market entry.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the qualification and pursuit of new potential ISV VAR OEM SI partnerships
- Collaborate with peers in the company's commercial organization to reinforce partner go-to-market strategies
- Lead prioritizaion of partner efforts based on industry and/or region goals and targets
- Lead the development and execution of specific contractual agreements enablement and business plan to successfully market and deploy company industry solutions
- Monitor and report on partner ecosystem performance including identification of appropriate partner coverage and industry or geography requirements
- Partner with marketing to support go-to-market efforts; provide input to the development of sales collateral and events targeted to relevant market
- Operate as a trusted advisor to potential customers; develop and maintain strategic working relationships
- Mentor coach train and provide feedback to other team members; may provide feedback to leadership on abilities of team
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Significant experience in sales business development strategic alliances or product marketing
- Significant experience starting developing and monetizing partner alliances
- Microsoft Windows and Office proficient
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to maintain solid rapport with team members as well as maintain professionalism with those outside of department
- Strong collaboration skills applied successfully within team as well as with all levels of employees in other areas
- Strong oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact
- Strong facilitation and project management skill
- Demonstrated ability to compose and present information and ideas in group settings
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and be creative
- Ability to coach mentor and provide feedback to team members in a timely manner
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced deadline driven environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage projects to completion with minimal oversight
- Demonstrated ability to influence motivate and mobilize team members and business partners
- Strong ability to establish rapport and gain the trust of others; effective at gaining consensus
- Strong knowledge of SaaS Software Solutions or Enterprise Content Management (ECM)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems and products
- Up to 50% travel time required
