Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
Utilize your expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials to analyze clients' financial processes and identify areas for improvement.
Design and implement innovative solutions that align with clients' business goals and requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to deliver high-quality solutions.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members, sharing your knowledge and experience to help them grow professionally.
Stay current on industry trends and updates in Oracle Cloud Financials, and proactively incorporate this knowledge into client solutions.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and team members to enhance their understanding and usage of Oracle Cloud Financials.
Participate in business development activities, including proposal development and client presentations, to attract new clients and expand services for existing clients.
Ensure project timelines and budgets are met, and deliverables meet or exceed clients' expectations.
Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders to provide regular updates on project progress and address any issues or concerns.
Follow Deloitte's methodologies and best practices to ensure consistency and quality in project delivery.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent Deloitte's brand and values at all times.
