Siamo alla ricerca due figure di Operatore-Operatrice Call Center Inbound con la conoscenza della lingua olandese. L?zienda ha una piccola sede a Roma ma la risorsa potr?lavorare totalmente in full remote.
Job Description

La mansione prevede l'assistenza clienti di primo livello, post vendita e pre vendita.
L?ssistenza pu?essere erogata sia telefonicamente che in chat.

L'orario di lavoro ?dal luned?al venerd?dalle h 08.00 alle 20.00, con il sabato a rotazione
Candidate Profile

Il livello di conoscenza della lingua richiesto ?madrelingua o C1/C2. ?richiesta un'esperienza pregressa nel settore call center e una buona conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici.

Verr?offerto un contratto a tempo determinato di 3 mesi in somministrazione con possibilit?di assunzione diretta.

L'iter di selezione prevede un colloquio in italiano, una simulazione in cuffia e due test di lingua sia scritto che orale.
