We’re a small, remote-first advertising agency based in Pasadena, and we’re looking for a Lead Media Buyer to join our team.
This is a hands-on, player-coach role.
You’ll be the primary person responsible for building, launching, and optimizing campaigns, while also helping guide media strategy and support the growth of our media function.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across:
• Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, and other platforms
• Own campaign performance (budgets, pacing, CPA, ROAS, lead quality)
• Continuously test, iterate, and improve results
• Help shape media strategy and channel mix across client accounts
• Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and account teams
• Work with media vendors and partners to execute buys and find efficiencies
• Turn campaign data into clear insights and recommendations for clients
What This Role Is
• You’ll be in platforms every day
• You’ll be the primary driver of media execution
• You’ll have ownership and influence, but not a large team to manage
This is not a role for someone looking to move fully into high-level direction or a lot of people management (we are a small shop).
What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of hands-on media buying experience
• Strong across digital channels (paid search, paid social, programmatic)
• Experience owning campaigns end-to-end (setup → optimization → reporting)
• Ability to think strategically while still executing tactically
• Agency experience preferred
• Comfortable working in a lean, collaborative team
Bonus if you have:
• Experience with B2B or niche audience targeting
• Exposure to traditional media (OOH, print, radio, etc.)
• Familiarity with platforms like DV360, The Trade Desk, GA4

You’ll play a key role in growing our in-house media capabilities.
Comp & Details
$90K–$120K + bonus
Remote (PST hours)
LA-based preferred (but not dealbreaker)
