As a key member of our Hospitality and Planning department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our catering data, supporting the success of our global operations. Job Highlights: Company: United Airlines Location: Remote Start Date: Immediate openings available Compensation: Competitive salary and benefits package Job Overview and Responsibilities: The Catering Systems Administration Specialist will be responsible for entering, verifying, and maintaining accurate and timely updates to catering data in our systems and tools. This will include: Managing data entry for all menu specifications through our catering management system Auditing data quality, identifying, and correcting errors and inconsistencies Designing and constructing catering service packets and codes within the system architecture Managing administrative functions related to systems set-up and maintenance, vendor access management, and other general corporate requirements Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accuracy and support ad-hoc projects Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a similar discipline 2+ years of previous experience with data entry and clerical work Exceptional attention to detail and strong data management skills Analytical skills and ability to effectively work remotely Excellent written and verbal communication skills Fluency in English (written and spoken) Preferred Qualifications: Business Administration or a similar discipline in Hospitality, Catering / Food Services, or Airline Industry Knowledge of airport operations Continuous Improvement experience Experience working with informational management systems (such as Oracle, CAE, Coupa, SAP, etc.) What We Offer: United Airlines is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
