Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Elevate client experiences, turning them into advocates
- On-Site Support: Be the primary field technician assisting clients with troubleshooting and installation of a wide variety of needs, including servers, networking, PC installation, printers, and other equipment
- Technical Support: Take Help Desk calls occasionally as needed in a roll over or overflow capacity
- Continued Learning: Constantly grow both technically and personally
Skills
- Exposure to and basic knowledge of Windows servers and desktops
- Experience working in a B2B setting
- Essential knowledge of networking
- Ability to install and troubleshoot basic small business networks
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with adaptability and quick learning
- High standards in task execution, collaboration, and relationship building
- Balancing big-picture thinking with attention to detail
- Ability and space to work remotely, if desired
