As a Retail Customer Service Associate, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about making a difference in the lives of our customers. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Retail Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for: * Delivering exceptional customer service experiences, utilizing consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and provide solutions * Providing customer expertise in printing, signs and graphics, and shipping product lines, and recommending appropriate arenaflex products and services * Taking complex customer orders using order systems and providing accurate pricing information * Assembling parcels and preparing goods for shipping by wrapping items in insulation, inserting items into shipping containers, weighing packages, and affixing labels to parcels * Setting up and operating printing, binding, and other related equipment using customer-supplied original media and documents * Maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly retail store environment * Ensuring confidentiality of customer data and careful handling of documents, media, and packages * Processing financial transactions using a Point of Sale terminal (POS), including handling cash and making change * Cleaning, repairing, and stocking all retail store printing and shipping equipment and supplies to provide optimal performance and availability * Staying current on retail store merchandising materials and ensuring proper display of all retail area product and signage * Taking preemptive action to prevent errors and waste * Completing required financial paperwork and may assist with financial reporting, including daily sales, close-outs, and bank deposits **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * High school diploma or equivalent education * 6+ months of specialized experience in a retail or customer service environment * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods * Ability to move and lift 55 pounds * Ability, on a consistent basis, to bend/twist at the waist and knees * Ability, on a consistent basis, to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members * Ability, on a consistent basis, to perform work activities requiring cooperation and instruction * Ability, on a consistent basis, to function in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure * Ability, on a consistent basis, to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time * Ability, on a consistent basis, to work with minimal supervision * Ability, on a consistent basis, to report regularly to work and maintain established business hours in order to support the arenaflex business **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, we're looking for candidates with: * Experience working in a retail or customer service environment * Knowledge of printing, signs and graphics, and shipping product lines * Ability to operate a Point of Sale terminal (POS) and process financial transactions * Experience with customer service software and systems * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues **What We Offer** As an Experienced Retail Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll enjoy: * Competitive hourly rate: $16.00 - $18.80/Hr * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Opportunities to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences **How to Apply** If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a knack for building strong relationships, we want to hear from you.
