**Job Summary**
We're looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team and help drive business decisions with data-driven insights. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Applying advanced data analysis techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data sets to drive business decisions
* Examining customer behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped customer needs and undiscovered content opportunities
* Forecasting content engagement to inform acquisition decisions
* Developing and implementing our content launch and episode release strategy
* Testing marketing campaigns to improve engagement and retention
* Ideating and developing new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical decision-making
* Providing ad-hoc analysis support to partners to drive business growth
* Effectively communicating insights and recommendations through compelling data storytelling across the organization
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field
* At least 3 years of experience in data analysis
* Proficiency in SQL and experience with R and Python
* Experience with statistical analysis and AI techniques: decision trees, regression, clustering, etc.
* Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems
* Exceptional data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field
