**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Chicago, USA. As a key member of our Estimating group, you'll be responsible for leading the charge in managing the forecasting process for assigned business lines, driving collaboration, streamlining business cycles, and capturing stakeholder needs. You'll also be responsible for proactively identifying opportunities for business improvement, process streamlining, and automation while executing data-driven process enhancements to improve existing workflows.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead the forecasting process for assigned business lines, ensuring alignment with growth and agility targets
* Drive collaboration, streamline business cycles, and capture stakeholder needs (Crowd group, Finance, AI, and Labor force Management)
* Proactively identify opportunities for business improvement, process streamlining, and automation while executing data-driven process enhancements to improve existing workflows
* Scale the current forecasting process efficiently to address the specific needs of each business line, ensuring alignment with growth and agility targets
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, economics, computer science)
* More than 3 years of demonstrated expertise in elite performance environments spanning tech, operations, strategy, consulting, banking, or related experience
* Proven capability in analytical skills, with a mastery of SQL and Excel
* Significant knowledge of reporting tools like Sigma and Tableau, as well as a deep understanding of the data ecosystem, including Snowflake
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in a related field (e.g., business, economics, computer science)
* Experience working with data visualization tools like Power BI or D3.js
* Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Asana
