**Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:
* Managing existing customer accounts for Personal Insurance policies through phone, email, text, and chat using several insurance company systems
* Explaining insurance products to customers using a consultative and empathetic approach
* Assisting 3rd parties with policy documentation and changes
* Working in a fun and collaborative team environment
* Providing exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations
* Collaborating with the customer support team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
**Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A Property & Casualty insurance license and at least 1 year of customer service experience
* Previous call center experience
* Empathy towards customer needs and a strong ability to communicate effectively
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment and adaptability to change
* The ability to work in a remote environment with reliable internet and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
* Spanish speaking skills are a plus
