**Responsibilities**
As a remote Customer Service & Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, providing prompt, accurate, and friendly service
* Conducting needs-based reviews to educate customers about insurance options and develop new service opportunities
* Maintaining a strong work ethic and commitment to success, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Developing new service opportunities with both existing and new clients
* Providing timely and thorough activity reports to management
* Staying up-to-date on product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education requirements
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* 10 years combined experience in customer service and sales
* Ability to obtain Property & Casualty license within 30 days of hire
* Life and Health license (must be able to obtain within 30 days)
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
* People-oriented and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
* Ability to learn computer functions and work in a team environment
* Proactive problem-solving skills and dedication to customer service
* Pride in getting work done accurately and timely
* Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
