Our team is comprised of talented individuals who share a common goal: to make a positive impact on our customers and the communities we serve. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to requests, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. This is a remote opportunity, with in-person training at our Warwick, RI location, and the chance to work from the comfort of your own home. If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Enhance and strengthen relationships between customers and clients through exceptional customer service * Respond to customer requests via telephone, email, or chat, providing accurate and timely solutions * Research and respond to customer inquiries, discussing options and procedures related to client policies * Assist with site access and refer requests for policy modifications to appropriate areas * Work collaboratively with the team to improve service to internal and external customers * Demonstrate a true desire to help people, with a professional and engaging phone voice **Essential Skills and Experience** * 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment (considering those with customer service experience) * Intermediate computer literacy and proficiency * Ability to multi-task and operate multiple screens while speaking with customers * Strong knowledge of troubleshooting for different browsers, clearing cookies and cache, and screenshots * Experience accessing and navigating up to 10 electronic systems to provide complete responses * High school diploma or GED equivalent * Ability to work shifts between 8 AM and 11 PM ET, Monday through Friday, including evening shifts **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous call center experience * Ability to learn quickly and willingness to obtain functional knowledge and understanding of company products * Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a professional and engaging phone voice and superior telephone etiquette * Excellent active listening skills, with the ability to comprehend and articulate clearly to customers in a dynamic and fast-paced environment * Ability to work in a team environment to improve service to internal and external customers, while also demonstrating an ability to work independently from home * Flexibility to work various shifts within hours of operation, with the ability to generate innovative ideas for process improvements and problem-solving **Work Environment and Culture** * Remote opportunity with in-person training at our Warwick, RI location * Collaborative and inclusive work environment * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off **Compensation and Perks** * Competitive hourly rate of $20/hour * Opportunities for overtime and bonuses * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Professional development opportunities and training programs **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!
