Our team is passionate about what we do, and we are looking for like-minded individuals to join us on our mission. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Answering incoming phone calls from healthcare providers (i.e. physician offices, clinics) and identifying the type of assistance the provider needs (e.g., benefit and eligibility, billing and payments, authorizations for treatment, explanation of benefits). * Focusing on resolving issues on the first call, navigating through complex computer systems to identify the status of the issue and provide an appropriate response to the caller. * Delivering information and answering questions in a positive manner to facilitate strong relationships with providers and their staff. * Completing the documentation necessary to track provider issues and facilitate the reporting of overall trends. * Interacting with providers with the intent to develop a relationship with them, while managing a high volume of calls and developing knowledge of various products and benefits. **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need to have: * A High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience. * Must be 18 years of age OR older. * Must live within 30 miles of Las Vegas, NV. * Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications. * Demonstrated ability to listen skillfully, collect relevant information, build rapport and respond to customers in a compassionate manner. * Skilled in problem solving to quickly assess current state and formulate recommendations. * Ability to work any 8-hour shift between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM from Monday - Friday. **Nice-to-haves** While not required, having the following experience and skills would be beneficial: * 1+ year of experience in a related environment (i.e. office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) using phones and computers as the primary job tools. * Prior healthcare experience. **Benefits** As a valued member of the arenaflex team, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including: * Comprehensive benefits package * Incentive and recognition programs * Equity stock purchase * 401k contribution * Health and well-being programs and services * Flexible work schedule and remote-friendly positions * Health, vision and dental benefits * HSA and FSA eligible plans * Childcare benefits * Short-term/ long-term disability coverage * Basic life insurance and AD&D * Employee stock purchase plan * Home office stipend for remote employees **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that allows our employees to grow and thrive.
