**About the Role**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers via inbound calls, emails, and other communication platforms. You'll be responsible for researching and problem-solving to determine the best solutions for our customers, while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Engage directly with pharmacy customers who contact arenaflex for a variety of topics, primarily via inbound calls and other communication platforms.
* Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and follow up as needed to resolve issues.
* Go above and beyond to "wow" our customers, providing exceptional service and care that exceeds their expectations.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide solutions that meet our customers' needs.
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, regulatory requirements, and industry trends to provide accurate and informed responses to customers.
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment, preferably in a call center or customer service role.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
* Ability to multi-task and think critically, with a focus on problem-solving and providing solutions.
* Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering results.
* Must be able to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
* Knowledge of pet pharmacy products and services, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP).
* Experience working with CRM software and other customer service tools.
